Abstract guidelines & submission

We invite all the authors to submit their abstracts for oral or poster presentation not later than Jun 30, 2024
Abstracts should be submitted at the congress official web site.
Guidelines:
- Abstract should be written in English
- The abstract should not exceed 2000 characters
- Indicate the topic and type of your presentation.
- Abstract should include the title, names of all contributors (without titles), department, institution, city and country.
Names of author and co-authors have to be submitted in the following way: First and Last name (example: John Smith). - Contact author (presenter) should submit his/her phone and e-mail address.
- Enter the title and text of the abstract (please pay attention to any special characters), 3-5 keywords according to the Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) Index Medicusa (http://www.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/), where it is applicable.
- It is preferable that submitted abstract has: the goal, material and methods, results, conclusion
Re-submissions will not be accepted. Only abstracts submitted electronically will be considered. For all questions about abstracts please contact: mmilosev@gmail.com
Duplicated submissions will be rejected.
We reserve the right to change the category of your abstract during the review process.
All co-authors are required to declare individual conflicts of interest. A maximum of three oral presentations and three posters will be accepted per registered participant.
Only one type of presentation will be selected for each abstract.
Please note that co-author email addresses provided during the submission process will be used to secure all communications from the abstracts team.

POSTERS
Posters will be presented on poster boards. The poster should not exceed 90 cm width x 120 cm height / portrait - style.
All accepted posters will be exhibited throughout the Congress. Only the selected ones will have an oral presentation by the author lasting up to 10 minutes.
PRESENTATION TIME
Invited lecturers will have up to 20 minutes of plenary lectures.
The author of the accepted oral presentation will have up to 15 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for the discussion.
Oral presentation or poster presentation will not be possible without registration to the Congress.
